Team Support

The "Team Support" team plays a central role in supporting the various other teams and is made up of four cells:

Volunteers and HR: this unit is responsible for volunteer operations.
Administration, Facilities and Logistics: this unit is responsible for all administrative and logistical support.
ICT: the ICT cell provides support for all executive ICT tasks such as managing our CRM system, website and access to Office 365.
General accounting: this unit is responsible for day-to-day financial monitoring, under the direction of colleague Matyas Boyen.

Facilities & Logistics

At Team Support, we are always looking for volunteers and/or interns to join our team.

Will you be visiting OVO?

Thanks to the support of KU Leuven, the OVO headquarters is housed on the site of the logistics services of KU Leuven.

Parking access has been restricted since 2024, but please email anne-lise@ovo.be a week before your visit to OVO and we can request a parking code to facilitate your visit.

Meeting room OVO

Would you like to hold a meeting with your team or one or more volunteers / external individuals as part of your volunteer work at OVO?

OVO has a meeting room for 6 and for 15 people in Heverlee. Don't hesitate to make a reservation at anne-lise@ovo.be.

ICT

OVO uses several ICT tools to support its operations:

CRM system: Procurios (if you need access to the Procurios CRM system as part of your volunteer work please contact Anne-Lise directly, she will provide you with all information and access to the Procurios online training tool).
Website: www.ovo.be thanks to valuable support from in-kind sponsor Enablers
OVO mail address and document sharing: Office 365

Access internet

Anyone visiting OVO can request access to KU Leuven's Internet network in advance from anne-lise@ovo.be.

Please note: this access is only valid for 1 week.

Accountancy

For tracking our financial data, OVO works with 2 main systems:

Through the Loandisk platform, Team Monitoring & Evaluation tracks loans facilitated by OVO.
For the day-to-day accounting of the organization, OVO collaborates with De Kleine Prins and we use the platform De Lantaarn.
