Training schools link practice to vocational training

About 780 girls and boys undergo a complete training course every year at the Don Bosco training centers. Extra attention is paid to developing professional and social skills. Passionate teachers make use of adapted study materials for practical training courses, such as construction and agriculture, auto mechanics, beauty therapy and hairdressing, cutting and sewing, bricklaying, welding, cooking and baking, and childcare. Entrepreneurship lies at the heart of all training. In addition to practical subjects, they also gain their first business experience at the workshops at the training school.
