In March 2025, the seventh edition of the Inspiration Tour took place in Kampala, Uganda. Organized by OVO (Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs) in collaboration with Einstein Rising, it was part of the SUSTech4Africa program. This program brought together Belgian entrepreneurs, investors, and business coaches with promising local entrepreneurs.
A central part of the week was an intensive three-day Boost Camp. During these sessions, local entrepreneurs worked on their business plans, financial strategies, and growth objectives. Belgian coaches and local entrepreneurs engaged in dialogue, exchanging insights, practical experiences, and fresh perspectives. The emphasis was on mutual empowerment, sustainable growth, and the exchange of ideas between entrepreneurs from different backgrounds.
The impact of the Boost Camp was aptly summarized by one of the participants:
"It was clear that the program was not only designed to address short-term challenges but also to equip entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to build sustainable, scalable businesses."
The three days focused on strategic thinking, entrepreneurial leadership, and team-oriented collaboration. Entrepreneurs learned not only from the content but also from each other – from each other's approaches, challenges, and visions for impactful growth. Another participant shared:
"I realized that as a founder, I sometimes carry too much of the strategic thinking alone, but involving the team earlier creates stronger alignment and better results."
